 Quality & Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@kaelithworld.com with:

• Photos of the issue

• A brief description

We’ll make it right if there’s a legitimate problem on our end.

 Wrong Sizes or Change of Mind
