Orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center. Delivery times may vary by location. Kaelith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
Make sure your address is correct — we do not offer replacements for misentered addresses.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@kaelithworld.com within 3 days of delivery.
